Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with the product you purchased, you may return it back to us within 7 calendar days from the date you received it.Please send us a return authorization request with in three days after receiving the product We will accept all authorized returns
The product you want to return, must be unused and in original packing.
Exchanges
In case, you find the received product defective or damaged, or you want a replacement product of equal value, you may email us to info@faeboheme.com and later after approval, send it back to us to an address provided
Refunds
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the returned product. Once we receive the items back we will process the return
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
