Our shipping fee is $25.98 if your order is $150.00 and up we offer free Shipment.  The shipment  may take up to 2 weeks. if there is any problem with the product please  get in touch with us and inform us with in 48 hours receiving the item and send us an e mail with the issue so that we can help you  if the problem is a shipping damage issue Please contact your local provider and open up a lost or damage claim.  the returns will be paid by the customer.

Time Frame

The time we need to deliver the product of your choice consists of two phases:

For USA customers

All items may not arrive in one shipment you may receive separate shipments.The items shipped from  USA warehouses  may arrive earlier.

Damages

Fairy Muse Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
